Clean, comfortable and quiet. Absolutely loved our stay at Trinity Place Hotel Indigo NYC. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great! It was easy to get around from the hotel to see the NYC sites. Definitely recommend.
The lights in bathroom only go on if the room overhead light is on meaning you wake all guests if you want to see in the bathroom. And, closet light (in middle of room) goes on when you attempt to open a drawer or use closet, also waking all guests. We were with our college aged son who came in late and woke us so he could see in bathroom - I then woke my whole family trying to sneak out early AM for the gym.
Not a hotel for families who arent all on same schedule.
Service is over the top. Room was ready when I arrived earlier. Small (this is NY), still very confortable room. Got a corner on the 16th floor with a beautiful view to the church. Yes, as other reviews say, elevators can take a while, but nothing that gets you crazy. Modern, clean, comfortable bed. AC/Heating not too loud. Very convinient location within the FIDI.
We had a great stay here. We were greeted by very friendly staff who put us into a very well appointed room. The hotel seems quite new so its in very good condition. The price was right as well. We stayed on the 19th floor so there was no street noise
Love love this new hotel down in financial district. The beds are divine and best night’s sleep! Workout room is pretty decent given downtown location. And the front desk staff are always so cheerful and friendly to go the extra distance. My favorite go-to hotel!
