Quiet and clean rooms, very friendly front desk, and thoughtful details. The bathrooms are pretty roomy for a NY hotel, and it is super convenient if you’re on business. I also like that they send you a text after you check in to make sure everything in your room is OK.
What an amazing newer hotel. The location can’t be beat. We booked 2 rooms. One with two bed on the 8th floor and the other king bed on the 30th floor. We thought the rooms were very spacious. Beds are comfy, room clean everyday ,room temperature was spot on. Great products of shower gel , shampoo and conditioner. The front desk are friendly. Mr. Bailey was my favorite. I have to brag about the location. Less than a min walk to 7-11 open 24/7 and cheapest coffee and snack. Turn right you will see the local 24 hrs quick breakfast, lunch and diner style. Bagels for $2.25 , bagel with eggs and meat $7. I think it calls Cafe Novo own by a Korean couples. I love this place. 5 of us ordered breakfast and cost around $26 which was really cheap. If you are looking for a good bang for your bucks these 7-11 and Cafe Novo are the way to go.
Subway line yellow R and red 1 Rector Station is literally 30 meters to the hotel. Trinity church also right in front of the hotel . Walk one block Green line Wall Street station. Can’t get any better than this..
Easy 10 mins walk to 9/11. We took the bus and train from LGA airport to the hotel. Took less than 1 hr.
I will not stay elsewhere if I return only hotel indigo.

Hotel Indigo is a hidden gem located in the financial district. The newly appointed rooms are beautiful & cozy. The staff are super friendly & helpful as well! There is a small cafe located on the first floor with convenient hours and a delicious menu. The hotel is within walking distance to the 9/11 Memorial/Museum, Statue of Liberty & Wall Street. The R train is directly across the street which makes it super easy to travel uptown! Excellent hotel & great value!

Catastrophic front desk staff that should be fired! They charged us 1123$ for a room that costs 614$+200$ deposit for 4 nights! Thank god our foreigner credit card didn’t validate the transaction! We had a meeting and we were in a hurry! And because of the idiocy and unprofessionalism of the front desk staff, that failed to do a simple task such us a check in of an IHG member, a task that should take 5-10min took 45min, as they had to call the manager to fix their mess! And made us loose our appointment which is one of the reason we came to New York In The first place! So I am not at all happy with the front desk AT ALL! Also you should update the hotel location in google maps and Apple Maps because it’s wrong and it frustrate the taxi and Uber and cab drivers to find it and so it does to us! Thank you!

Traveled with our women’s college tennis team to New York/New Jersey, searched, high and low for a great deal and location and this was perfect.
Manhattan is a great place to stay, but I really enjoyed the financial district little quieter, but many options and things to do, this hotel is perfect for location, three subway stops within one block, and a easy 8 minute walk to WTC.
The hotel is almost brand new, the rooms are fantastic all the amenities you could ask for, and probably the nicest hotel staff we have ever encountered. Every time the team and I entered the lobby we were greeted as if we were the only people staying there.
The food at the restaurant is delicious, plus you have a good deli next-door, and just down the street a pizza and bakery, under the same name (Siena) which got most of my business because of the supreme croissants.
Alexandra and Christopher worked with us hand-in-hand to help us make this trip memorable for the team. This was our third trip to New York as a team, every hotel we stayed in has been fantastic, but this one just absolutely blew us away, the girls are already asking when can we go back!
Location is perfect!
Staff is friendly and professional!
