This is a good option for visitors to NY, particularly business travelers on a budget in FiDi.

The hotel has a decent location for WTC or Wall Street. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby and also snacks and drinks for sale. The rooms are average size for New York, and very clean with nice decor. There is a safe, iron and hair dryer. The amenities are decent quality.

I had a great sleep in this hotel, with no noise from other rooms, the halls or the lifts which is pretty unique for NYC. The bed was super comfortable.

Overall it's a solid choice for the area.

Small hotel just off the bottom of wall street. Tall and narrow with just 5 or 6 tiny rooms per floor. Space is efficiently used but even by NYK standards the rooms are very small (no desk or place to sit other than the bed, which takes up most of the room). Very dimly lit - felt a bit like a cave. Clean. Our room at the back faced a wall so no street noise (or view, unless you like old bricks) but a curious gurgling noise (water?) woke us up in the middle of the night. Roof top bar was very quiet - perhaps because the service was slow and the drinks expensive. Reception staff very friendly. Probably would not choose this hotel again, especially given the price.

This hotel is ideally located to easily commute uptown or out to Brooklyn.
Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, beds comfortable and breakfast is available from 7am.We had a room at the front of the building which was brighter than those located at the back of the building.
Staff are friendly, in particular the manager Charlie who provided a very authentic guest experience. He was really helpful, professional and considerate to make our stay enjoyable.
