Review of Radisson Hotel New York Wall Street

Hotel's Favorite
So when I read the previous reviews I was horrified and we almost didn’t stay. HOWEVER we did stay and I’m so glad we did. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Our room wasn’t at all cold however there should be a duvet/blanket rather than just a sheet, especially in winter. The heating/aircon system is loud and seems to come on when it wants but honestly it’s not that bad, it didn’t wake us up in the night. We also had a fantastic view. Any issues reception are really friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and so was the bathroom. All the lifts were working and the fitness centre was excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay here again. The location is fantastic, there’s a subway station right outside and the hotel is in a safe spot. The hotel is really good value for money and I would recommend people to stay but keep an open mind. No it’s not luxury but that’s why the price is so reasonable.

Absolute nightmare. Booked on Priceline express deal when our flight was cancelled on Christmas and NO WATER IN HOTEL. Also, hotel knew there was no water when they accepted our reservation. Pipe burst didn't fix or offer to relocate a single guest for the full 24 hours we've been here. No toilets no showers, hotel is disgusting and old. It's an old club quarters that must've been bought by Radisson recently and has NOT been refurbished or even cleaned it seems like. Elevators and hallways dingy and nasty. Booked a "4 star hotel", got this S*&$T HOLE. Guess that's what you get when you trust Priceline and Radisson. Thanks for ruining our Christmas

Worst experience ever; first days with noisy heating that you couldnt manage from room and no hot water in the shower !!! On Cristmas eve....complete flood in the hotel. No managment to give answers.

On arrival check-in was far from welcoming, but rather cold.
Room was very small and really dated. Carpet was stained and dust in the corners. Bed was quite soft and good for sleeping. Bathroom was clean and most modern part of the room, interestingly some of the towels were displaying Holiday Inn logos. No safe in the room, nor safety chain in the door. AC that was also the heating element was really loud, waking us up at night every time it turned on.
Hotel in general was really dated and poorly maintained. No bar or restaurant, no breakfast, no services one could expect from a Radisson hotel. Elevators had seen better days, ice machine on the floor was not working, and didn't give water either.
As a whole very disappointing experience for a Radisson.
