I have stayed in the hotel, friendly staff , they give complimentary cookies and water which was kinda cool. Rooms are ok compared to New York standards , more spacious than other hotels in New York, however not too fancy.
Only problem with the hotel is that it is very crowded and expensive but it's in a good location in proximity to Time square.

Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and everything is clean. Check in time is too late and trying to get a room anytime before 4 is rough. Elevator situation is a joke, 2 elevators for the whole building. Just walked down 28 flights most mornings.

I am still staying at the hotel right now and be very upset and disappointed with the hotel service. I am not saying about other things, such as small room with poor amenities etc., I am only saying about the water. My room is 4107 and it only has hot water. I was very embarrassed trying to finish my bath with very hot water. I called the reception and they promised a technician coming in. I waited for 30 minutes in vain then I tried to finish my bath with hot water. I then told the receptionist again a went for dinner but now coming back the situation is the same. Still only hot water. I cannot understand how the service is when the hotel price is not cheap. Totally disappointed and recommended for others not to stay here. I don’t know how to survive my next nights here at this hotel. I asked them to change to other room but they still don’t.

The hotel was very small rooms elevators were a disaster very euro style small only two elevators it took forever to get to your room or to get out of hotel. No refrigerator in rooms, no coffee in lobby was from a machine, parking was five blocks away . Requested extra towels it took an hour? The only good thing was if you wanted to be around the ferries the location was great.

There is no parking at the hotel.. it’s a full 10 minute walk. The elevators are not nearly sufficient for the hotel capacity. I waited 15 minutes for an elevator from the 37th floor. I would have walked but I had luggage. They had to use an engineer to bypass the controls to finally get it to the 37th floor. Also despite being told the room would be ready early it was not.
The Hotel and one and only one redeeming quality. Their bellhop Hopton.. he was beyond helpful.
