There is no parking at the hotel.. it’s a full 10 minute walk. The elevators are not nearly sufficient for the hotel capacity. I waited 15 minutes for an elevator from the 37th floor. I would have walked but I had luggage. They had to use an engineer to bypass the controls to finally get it to the 37th floor. Also despite being told the room would be ready early it was not.
The Hotel and one and only one redeeming quality. Their bellhop Hopton.. he was beyond helpful.

The elevators are slow but it’s not that bad you divas. The staff are on the ball, if you need something they actually do send someone real quick to your room. Location is good if you need to be in downtown Manhattan. The gym is descent, they have washer and dryer for 2fiddy each. Rooms are small obviously.

Worst Hilton experience I've ever had. I was lied to (twice) about the location of the garage, and front desk staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Staff is really unfriendly and there were multiple room intrusions despite a do not disturb sign. Room was not clean at check-in. Broken equipment in the room. One elevator broken (so the wait was around 20-30 minutes).
They just do not care at this location. Spend a little more $ and go somewhere better and you'll be grateful.

Notable only for downtown location. Otherwise skip it. Two tiny, slow elevators for a 40 story building meant interminable waits. The HVAC didn’t work in our room, nor did the TV remote. Our shoebox sized room wasn’t particularly clean. Other than that, it was fine.

The hotel is steps away from Wall St and Broadway but there are better hotels in the area for the same or less money. The hotel is overall quite tired including the rooms. There is sometimes a queue for the lifts which can be quite frustrating. Plenty of bars in the immediate vicinity, so the lack of bar doesn’t really matter. I chose my room on the 34th floor and it was quite quiet, so slept well. Gunshots at 2am outside one morning didn’t even wake me up 😉
