Small but clean and quiet room with a great view. Check-in process was easy. Housekeeping is optional. The only annoying thing was the low water pressure in the shower. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 1 night prior to our cruise. Room was on the smaller side but we made it work. They may have saved our vacation my daughter arrived with laundry that needed to be done after being on a business trip. They have complementary laundry facilities that can be reserved. They have a nice lounge with coffee and still and sparkling water. There are water dispensers on each floor with bottles. The check in process was odd, we arrived after 3pm and was told our room was ready but needed a final inspection seems odd.
We stayed in world center hotel for 4 days, beautiful hotel and in a good position all in all very good. A special commendation to the guest experience manager Marsha Ann who was very friendly, professional and welcoming. Excellent cleaning, very good service and the strength of this hotel is the view on the 9/11 memorial which is situated right under it
When I arrived I had to check in with the front desk, who then told me to fill out the webform at the kiosk. It felt like checking in twice. After I filled out the form, the kiosk just told me my room wasn’t ready to go, so I had to go back to the front desk anyway. I had to go back and forth from the room on the 16th floor to the front desk 4 times until I finally got cards that worked for the door. One of the two employees who emerged from the room I was trying to get into - yes, strange! - actually went down with me to help me get card keys that worked, since the front desk had blown it 3 times already. Check in took over half an hour. As this was going on I observed another family that was also trying to check in and it was also taking a long time for them - the hotel seemed to be having difficulty finding a room that was ready, so I think a lot of people hav a very slow check in here, it took over 30 minutes for the both of us.
Yeah next time get the rooms ready my check in was a 3pm I got my room at 7pm .I bet you won't be happy if I stay 4 hours extra after check out
Also 💩 attitude from desk people when I ask why the room was not ready I say I paid this a week ago she say she don't care definitely not a 4 star hotel i believe her name was London never again almost 700 for two nights and not even nice people working there a least have the rooms ready
