The room was musty, soon as you walked in it hit you in the face. A strong almost wet smell like must and mold. I paid for two separate rooms one was a king size bed the other was two double beds. The “double bed” room was really a king size bed and a pull out couch that I paid almost $600 for. After getting hit with a $75 holding fee at the desk after they assured me all fees were included the first time around. They said they ran out of double beds and the next step is a pull out couch. $600 down the drain and they’re “accommodation” was giving me 500 points to ihg app. Breakfast was cold/ nasty and they had no type of system In place, Everyone just bumping and being rude to eachother. There is only two elevators and a 6-10 min wait to use it evey single time. No parking at all and the nearest parking garage is $50 every time you need your car. No trash bags in the room, ice Machine broken. Chair in room is loose and half way broken. The stay in general was HORRIBLE, never again.

Safety risk. Don't stay here. They gave us keys to already occupied rooms. Three times! It happens so often that management didn't even act concerned. We were scared someone would be given keys to our room too. Huge safety issues. Stay somewhere else.

Room tip: Not worth the safety risk. A stranger can be given keys to your room. We were!

My partner and I spent three nights at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and her birthday in New York. We chose the Holiday Inn Express because it was the best budget-friendly option. It ended up surpassing our expectations. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was ideal for us since we were out exploring the city most of the time, and it was clean and comfortable. The highlight for me was the staff. Anthony and his colleagues (I can't recall their names) were absolutely wonderful—very courteous and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely regretted making a hotel reservation here.We had issues with our entire stay. From the moment we entered the room it had a very strong MILDEW and MOLDY smell coming from the bathroom. It was very likely the bathroom/shower floors were not properly cleaned or sanitized.More than likely they did no replace the shower curtains either. It such an overwhelming and awful smell. We ended up having to leave our window open just to get fresh air in. The toilet seat and toilet lid was completely broken. It was frustrating and uncomfortable having to use the bathroom in our room. Our bedroom linen was dusty and had clear visible BLACK MOLD on our bedding sheets. If you have any respiratory issues, I would advise you NOT to stay here. There has to be some sort of a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION due to the MOLD and STRONG MILDEW smell. During our stay there we had ants crawling on the floors. We addressed all of our issues and concerns with the front desk associate. Unfortunately none of our serious issues were ever resolved during our stay. We have reached out multiple times with the Housekeeping director, front desk associates, and the manager at Holiday Inn. Our issues and complaint have been intentionally ignored and dismissed. We’ve reached out multiple times via Email and phone. We are still being ignored. One of the worst customer service experienced. It was definitely not a hospitable stay for us.

Amazing hotel exceesed my expectations returned friday after travelling solo. The women on reception was so kind asking about my family, and helped me with my luggage before i left. Even asked me if i wanted a coffee or anything before i went back to england. The wonen who worked at breakfast was always smiling and dancing listening to her music. She even tried to help me find some prime which my son wanted. Room was awsone and location. Dont read the negative reviews here. Nothing to be negative about the place.

I booked a King size beds for my 6’7 husband. As Per industry standards a king size bed is generally 76 by 80 inches. Their beds are 72 by 72 not even close to standard. My husband did not fit the bed and they had no other options. Management would not talk to me. Was told by front desk they would call me. Never did and offered no compensation. If you’re over 6 ft you may not want to book here.
