The hotel location was perfect for tourists in NYC. You are right in the middle of the action, and within minutes of Central Park and 5th Ave. It's also very close to all major subway lines.
The room and bathroom were very big for New York, with the staff very kind and ready to offer help with our questions. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable.
There is a really small restaurant on site, which serves tapas style meals- which was very tasty.
The only negative was the quite expensive 'resort fee' that was hidden in the small print when I booked. It had to be paid "to use the hotel facilities"- which really are the restaurant (which you must pay to eat at) and the bedrooms (which again we had already paid for). Otherwise- I would recommend the Concorde Hotel, and would consider staying there again.More
