Stayed here for 1.5 weeks. The location is close to transit, good restaurants, and has good walk-ability to many POI. The rooms are spacious and clean. The building has many amenities, and we really appreciated the washers/dryers. It does feel like you're in an apartment building.

Areas for improvement -
1. They weren't able to get us into the early check-in, which we can accept, but they still weren't ready even at the official check-in time. The front desk kept saying "soon" which turned into hours. I even peeked into the room to see how the cleaning was going and found the cleaner eating lunch. Their room prioritization for cleaning might need improvement.
2. Dining table is needed in the room. Big open space just begging for a table with chairs.
3. Refill the lounge coffee earlier and more frequently. We did a lot of trips to the lounge only to find the coffee still hadn't been replenished. Lots of folks waiting for coffee to be made. This should be attended to more frequently, especially during peak morning hours.
We enjoyed our stay here very much overall. Fixing some of those service issues would be beneficial.

5 of us (adults) stayed in a 2 bed suite for 6 nights. The suite comprised of 2 en-suite bedrooms and a living room/kitchen. There was a single fold up bed for the 5th person that we placed in one of the bedrooms. As we stayed 6 nights we had a maid service after 3 nights. From a decor and furniture perspective the hotel and suite itself were all of a high standard. We made use of the coffee/pastries/croissants available on the roof terrace each morning.
I arranged transfers via the hotel all of which went smoothly and check in/out were all quick and efficient. Suite was available a couple of hours early for us on the day we arrived.
A suggestion for the hotel is to provide some coat hooks in the rooms.
The area around the hotel is excellent with downtown tourist attractions all walkable and the nearest subway less than 5 mins walk away

Stayed here for business and was lucky to have a 2 bedroom suite. Plenty spacious apartment-style hotel room with even a desk for my laptop. Hospitality was great, and it was convenient to have the connected restaurant/bar.
