This hotel is absolutely amazing, the service is incredible - the staff are really wonderful. The room was beautiful, we had complimentary boxes of water every day, and a turn-down service. Thanks so much!

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in around the world.
Location is perfect to see Boston.
Room had it all, the most comfortable bed and pillows. Being in a junior suite gave our family extra seating to relax and recover without having to lie on the beds. Bathroom was small but had everything you could need.
Unlimited coffee and tea available free each morning on the ground floor opposite lifts. In the afternoons this changed to lemonade.
Each night at turn down you were left either a chocolate or toffee.

Love this hotel! The customer service from the front door to the reception desk and concierge was outstanding!
The room was great size and comfortable. Having the wifi and bottled water is another great plus. Location near Newbury street and shopping and the prudential center with the restaurants and shopping was fantastic. Walked to Fenway Park only about 30 min walk and if you want to ride the commuter train or T very close by. One of the best vacations I have had is to Boston and in part due to the Lenox!

My family spent a week in Boston and chose the Lenox Hotel because of its location. We were thrilled with the service received, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, and would definitely stay there again! The staff were more than helpful and friendly.

My husband and I did a 3 night/4 day trip to Boston for our anniversary and loved our stay at the Lenox Hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and most importantly clean! Loved that they included water bottles, especially since it was over 90 the entire weekend. The turn down service at night is a wonderful touch and nice to come back to. The staff at this hotel are warm and friendly and everyone acknowledges you with a smile or a hello. When the hotel found out that it was our 10 year wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a nice chilled bottle of Prosecco! The hotel is older and more historic so if you are looking for more modern fixtures and amenities this is not the hotel for you. The best part about this hotel is the location. It is in the Back Bay area and is in walking distance to everything! The Boston Public Gardens and Commons are only a 15-20 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk). Cambridge is only a 40 minute walk. The hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops.
The city is very walk able and easy to get around using their transit system. I highly recommend buying a Charlie pass that you can use for all modes of transportation. The Lenox is a 5 minute walk from the Copley station.

When we return to Boston this will be our hotel of choice.
