We couldn't book but turned up early and got an outside table (but bookingis highly recommended). Food was great. Service was great. So much better than at a place down the street:) .

If you are a foodie, this is your place. Expansive menu with a quality wine list. We made a meal from the appetizer (bacon-wrapped dates, bison empanadas, scallops) and salad sections. They serve fresh baked wheat bread! Save room for dessert (chocolate mousse, but other enticing offerings). Waitstaff is as professional as any you will find in five star metropolitan area restaurants. Make reservations well in advance through their website.

We had a dinner on early April 2021, The service was excellent, the menu choices were "too good". Usually in high-end French restaurants I reject moot foods for being too rich or too far from my taste. Here I had a good dilemma among excellent choices. We ended up eating a Chilean Sea bass special and the pasta mushroom dish. One of us ate the beef steak. The presentation was artistic and the sides tasty and not to orich. Even the bread and three spreads were epcial. All dishes were excellent and the staff friendly and informal. This was a great way to end the evening after touring Arches NP.

Overall we were disappointed as we were expecting a phenomenal meal based on the ratings. The Appetizers were very good but the main courses were all just ok and lacked flavor. The service was outstanding though.

This is a sophisticated and creative restaurant that has big-city chops in a town where fine dining is hard to find. One of the best meals I have had anywhere in a long time. Ingredients are very fresh and the dishes are creative but not cutesy or overbearing. Nice wine list too. Service is professional and pleasant. Prices are higher than the norm in town, but less than what you'd pay for a similar experience in the big city - and worth every penny.
