I stayed in Aqua Suites Guam on July 20, 2015 for 3 days and what I liked most is their shuttle that brings their guests to the most famous destinations in Tumon, from Guam Premier Outlet to Ypao Beach to Kmart to The Plaza and a lot more places. That saves a few dollars in taking a cab to move from one tourist destination to another. The room is cozy, with all the amenities that you want while vacationing, and the room service is prompt. Lastly, the front desk officers are all hospitable, warm and accommodating. They provided all that I wanted, even without asking. There are a couple of drawbacks though. First, I wasn't given a room since my arrival from the airport at 4am. I waited for the 2pm check-in before I got myself a room. That's 10 grueling hours of waiting. Second, there is a compulsory $50 incidental charge deposit upon check-in, which is being returned only on check-out if there are no damages made in the room. They are not major issues but they still add to discomfort while on vacation.

My stay here has been very pleasant thanks to the amazing staff. The Wyndham is centrally located which makes it easy to get around.

Thanks to Victoria at the front desk, I can always find something fun to do and a new restaurant to try; Which is helpful for a newbie on the island. I’ve been here a month and my time here at the Wyndham has been enjoyable.

Victoria from the front desk is the kindest individual that I met for the short time that I have stayed at this hotel. The fact that she had a kind and funny personality made her a very approachable person and having her in the mornings made the day a lot better.
