Horrible management.
To shorten the long story short…
Tsubaki management did nothing with the current emergency we are in. No one came up to clean the filth filters, even if I’ve addressed the issue multiple times. No water and aircon working for 2 nights already. Management did not even Atleast deliver water to guest. Instead they won’t answer phones. Manager does not come out at the lobby to assure us instead relay messages that will not accommodate even to provide food coupons. The staff was very kind but management is nowhere to be found. This hotel should downgrade to 1 star with the way they handle guest. My husband and I now continue to cough and got sick due to the unsanitary rooms and bathrooms at the lobby.

We stayed in tsubaki for one day and stayed in their club room with lounge benefit.
I enjoyed their lounge, very nice ambiance, good food selection and cocktail time has unlimited liquor with limited selections.
Lounge staff are very friendly and attentive.
We checked in a little bit late because our room is not yet ready. However, when i asked for late check out, atleast at 1300, it got denied.
A little bit disappointed. This is the only hotel Ive been that doesnt do late checkout. Ive been to hongkong, singapore, korea, philippines, but they were able to do 1 hour check out. Its even my birthday celeb.

Had a dinner for our wedding anniversary at Casa Oceano and hotel stay at Tsubaki Tower we love everything here rooms, food and service. Only problem we encounter was the AC was warm. We are truly impressed with the service of the guy in sushi station "Marvin" the way he flip his hand making the hand roll! Just WOW!!
Will recommend tsubaki tower with my colleagues. We'll be back again next year!
