ホテルの設備と一部を除くスタッフは最高。特にインフィニティプールと26階のラウンジは最高の旅の体験させてくれました。中々外に出るのが難しい幼児を連れた旅でしたが、スタッフのお気遣いやケアは完璧でした。特に26階のラウンジでの食事やお酒、そしてホスピタリティの高いスタッフは最高の旅を約束してくれます(ラウンジアクセス可能な部屋のブックを強くお勧めします。)。唯一残念なのが朝のビュッフェのスタッフ。サーバーは素晴らしいが、取り分けしてくれるスタッフのやる気のない態度は朝から最低な気持ちになります。特に麺のコーナーにいる女性と年齢高めの男性スタッフの横柄な態度。またお肉のコーナーのこれまた年齢高めの男性スタッフ(無愛想な上にお肉を皿に投げて盛り付けます)。カーテンを開けると眼下に広がる美しい海と爽やかな空気。ただその素晴らしい朝が毎日彼らによって壊されるのが苦痛でした。切に改善を望みます。
The hotel facilities and staff except for some are excellent. Especially the infinity pool and the lounge on the 26th floor made the best trip experience. We were traveling with an infant who had difficulty going outside, but the care and attention of the staff was perfect. In particular, the food and drinks in the lounge on the 26th floor and the highly hospitable staff promise the best trip (I strongly recommend a book for a room with lounge access.). The only disappointment is the breakfast buffet staff. The servers are great, but the unmotivated attitude of the staff serving the food puts me in a bad mood in the morning. Especially the lady in the noodle corner and the arrogant attitude of the older male staff. Also, the older male staff at the meat corner (throws the meat on a plate and serves it unfriendly). When we wake up, we open the curtains and feel the beautiful sea and fresh air below us. It was just painful to see that wonderful morning being destroyed by them every day. I really hope they improve.
