Although Guam doesn’t offer much-for nightlife and sightseeing, The Tsubaki Tower hotel is so beautiful, you’ll never want to leave the property. Large room and deck with spectacular view’s. I can’t say enough how pleased I was with the property and well-trained staff.

The location of Tsubaki Tower is perfect for incredibly amazing views of the sunset, the ocean and other hotels. The balcony is huge and can fit a party of 8 comfortably. There is a light show in the pool at night -like Mini Vegas. Room is exactly like the pictures. Mini fridge has free sodas, beers, juice and water. Bed was sooo comfortable.
Pros: lower floors can be quite noisy because of the poolside. But only during the daytime.

We stayed for 16 days during a business project on the island so we experienced the full menu of restaurants, activities, pool, bars. You cannot beat the service here, all staff very attentive and professional. Only problem was wearing masks inside which was a government thing, so we dealt with that. 27th floor has an awesome view and great lounge and bar, recommend. The buffet for breakfast, #1. Buffet for dinner #1. We tried Westin dinner buffet at higher cost and it was terrible. Rooms higher up have a great view as the bay can be a bit loud during day and early evening, not the doing of the resort. You can walk to Beach Bar on Guns Beach in about 10 min. We walked most places. No beach at hotel so note this, it is easy walk though. Book and enjoy.

Update: Upon reading my negative feedback, I was put in touch with Ms. Sunny Cho and Mr. Hanmin Jang. Mr. Jang was very apologetic about our situation and offered to comp our meals at Oceano at a later date. It also came to light that Mr. Tsaio had originally given us an incorrect email and that was why I never received a response back. After we checked in for our reservation Mr. Jang and Ms. Cho made a point to come over to my husband and I to meet us in person and wish us a good dining experience. I also believe that they told our waiter to take extra good care of us on that evening because the service was excellent.
My husband and I stayed at Tsubaki in April. Upon our check-in, we were informed by the manger, Tom Tsiao that all of the restaurants on premise were closed due to a recent outbreak of Covid, and our dinner reservations were subsequently cancelled with no notice.
Mr. Tsaio offered us 2 options we could cancel our reservation and come back when Oceano was back up and running or we could keep our existing reservation and would receive a voucher to eat at Oceano free of charge, at a later date. We decided to go with the 2nd option, seeing it as a fair comp. In December we decided to use the voucher for our wedding anniversary dinner, to be informed that it did not exist. When we spoke with Mr. Tsaio directly he informed us he did not remember speaking to us and offering a voucher to eat at Oceano. No such voucher existed.
The hotel was beautiful. Rooms had the best view of Tumon. Facilities and amenities were great. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and super nice. Pool bar and area are the family’s favorite spot to hang out! Options to dine in for breakfast l, lunch and dinner.
