I had to find a place to stay after my flight to Chuuk was cancelled. The airline found this place for me. The shuttle picked me up at the airport 15min after I booked the room which was nice. It is about 10 min from the airport. They will also drop you off in the morning $5 each way. Good location for an in transit stop over. Restaurant next door, Mcdonalds across the street. Free wifi was fast. It was clean but rough around the edges.

Why you should not book this hotel. The hotel is dirty!!! The rooms are smelly. But Most importantly the staffs are so rude!! Super rude even the owner/manager himself was so rude and looked like he wanted to fight me because i wanted my money back and it wasnt even a couple of hours later since i booked it. They are out to milk you dry and get as much money from you and coming up with different excuses to do so. Doesnt seem like they are making money. The lobby has no AC because i think they are trying to conserve power. You do not even have a remote for your room AC and the owner is the one who turns it on before you head to the room. Really horrible people that wants a lot of money from you. I honestly didnt have a choice but to book this hotel for the night because everything else were fully booked for the night, So unfortunate for us. I booked a family room through another agent. Then i check in and its a different girl and she was trying to fight with me. She had the worst customer service ever.....to the point I wanted to slap her for being so Rude. And they wont call the other agent before her to sort out this mess. Very horrible customer service with the boss on the side arguing with you and coming at your face like he wants to fight you. And all because they wanted to charge an extra fee for a child who is under 2 years old. Really??? REALLY? WOW some HEARTLESS AND INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES AND HOTEL OVERALL. Wish i had other options tonight so i would have not booked this motel they have the nerve to call a hotel. Just ruined my day. Please do not book this place or you will be very sorry. And i know im not the only person who feels this way. Wish i had the time to go through the reviews then again i had no choice. GOOD LUCK!!!

Good place for my soccer team to stay. Rooms are spacious. Hotel staff are nice and accommodating. There's a laundry place behind the hotel, beside Shirley's Coffee Shop for all our meals. The Guam Football Association's Training Facility is just less than 5 minutes from the hotel, same as tje Micronesia Mall.
