This tour was so worth it! I was a little nervous about the number of zips (7) and height! But faced the fear and my family and I so glad I did! It was awesome! Our crew was so mindful of safety and made sure everyone had a great time! Definitely do this tour!

Zip lines were great! Length of zip lines could have been longer. Sara was extremely kind and gentle. Kai was entertaining. Sara did an excellent job comforting a woman who was very nervous. She was so sweet!

I was unexperienced and felt safe the whole time. Definitely would come back!

Beware, these tickets are rain or shine and rarely get cancelled no matter how miserable the conditions... Also, I envisioned this course would be jungle-like and picturesque, but 6 of the 7 lines are over mowed grass... It is not very scenic at all if that is what you are hoping for.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The zip lines were more of a beginner experience. Not very high or long, so this would’ve been good for young children. A little disappointing for our group, but the staff and our kids positive attitudes made up for it!

The guides are helpful, funny, and really knowledgeable, but the course itself leaves much to be desired. The pictures look like we zip through trees and have beautiful picturesque views, but in reality it takes place over a very well-manicured grassy field that used to be the baseball fields of an old military base. It leaves much to be desired for anyone who is looking to "get into the weeds" like ziplines you may find in Tulum or Costa Rica. Our group was pretty big at 21 people, so it took a really long time to get through the course as we usually had to wait until the entire group went through each course before moving onto the next one. Quick tip - the confirmation email indicates to bring cash for tips, but they have Venmo available as a means to leaving a tip for the guides.
