The guides are helpful, funny, and really knowledgeable, but the course itself leaves much to be desired. The pictures look like we zip through trees and have beautiful picturesque views, but in reality it takes place over a very well-manicured grassy field that used to be the baseball fields of an old military base. It leaves much to be desired for anyone who is looking to "get into the weeds" like ziplines you may find in Tulum or Costa Rica. Our group was pretty big at 21 people, so it took a really long time to get through the course as we usually had to wait until the entire group went through each course before moving onto the next one. Quick tip - the confirmation email indicates to bring cash for tips, but they have Venmo available as a means to leaving a tip for the guides.
