Let me start with what was good. The view from the room was beautiful, we overlooked the Wisconsin RIver, beautiful. The indoor water park was pretty good, lots of different slides, my 11 year old son liked it a lot. The check in was ok, not overly friendly. The rooms are good sized but very generic. The beds were sloping into the middle, they were lumpy and horrible. The towels felt like sandpaper, the shampoo in the the shower comes in a dispenser and it was watered down and they had no conditioner. The TV was good, lots of channels and there is a fridge and a microwave. If you have VERY low expectations and you just need a place to crash, I guess it would work. I will never go there again.

My family stayed as part of a convention at the property. 4 rooms just in our group. We had people arriving all throughout the day but rooms weren't ready. One of our family members didn't get their room until 10:30 pm, with check in being at 4 pm. That's ridiculous and the explanation we got was all the staff had left and the new group wasn't arriving for a few days! So you're telling me that you knew about this and did absolutely nothing to prepare for the giant convention you were hosting or the volleyball tournament that weekend. Unacceptable and our whole family decided we are never staying there again. Rooms were not very well cleaned--even though we got them 6 hours late. Water park area (if you can call it that) is tiny and so packed because they allow outside guest to use the pools. Overall there are way better resorts that are actual fully staffed and less crowded.

Made reservations to stay with family and friends as members of the club here knowing that checkin was at four we arrived at five and were told our room was not ready we FINALLY got in our room at 1015 pm being told several times they were doing the best they could to clean our room we had five small children with us and we were going to cook in the room because we had a condo suite by now we were very frustrated and now hoping to get settled in our room we find the room a mess dirty underwater hanging on the curtains things spilled on the tables and yellowish puddle left in the tub as well as hair in the jacuzzi tub the staff was not helpful and did nothing to help with any issues

Ok, first time I've ever stayed here, probably the last. Coming for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Check in time is 4 pm. Had one room for me and my daughter not playing, and the club had a suite for my wife(who was chaperoning) and rest of volleyball team
Arrived a little before 4. Told single room wasn't ready and they would text when ready. Went to different lobby where suite was to be and surprise told room wasn't ready check back later. Needless to say got single room around 5:30 and the team room around 10:00 pm. Never offered anything other than I'm sorry. How is this possible I ask??????? Chula you have any comment never before I have had anything like this. The team was planning on having supper in their fully stocked kitchen but instead had to order pizza because the room wasn't ready? Once again never offered to take half off pizza or nothing. WHAT???????EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED

Got here about 5:30 thinking we would get right in our reserved room since check-in is at 4...WRONG...was told they would text us when our room was ready. Found a spot at the sports bar and got a mixed drink and a can of soda. $12. While talking to others in the bar it sounded like there were more rooms NOT ready at 4 then were ready. One group had 30 rooms reserved for a reunion all families with children and not 1 room was ready for them. We nth to the desk at 6:30 to check...nope. Finally at 7:45 and $24 at the bar later we got a text to come to think front desk for the keys to our room. Couldn't get assistance at the front desk because all 3 receptionists were dealing with SCREAMING customers. They were trying to get a hold of a manager who was MIA. 15 minutes later I got to the desk. The receptionist was very nice even considering what she had been dealing with. Asked what kind of compensation was being offered for having to wait for a from and was told ...none.....really? You have literally 100's of people standing around with their luggage and restless children waiting for rooms and you are not offering ing a discount or even a comp meal??? Wow. Felt so bad for the ladies behind the desk because they didn't have the authorization to do anything for anyone and the manager wasn't available. Room was nice.....cleaned hastily, called for pizza and hand came away sticky from the phone receiver....walked in the bathroom and my sock stuck to the floor....not sure how long we would of had to wait if they had thoroughly cleaned. I am writing this review not at 10pm of the first night. Will update if we are offers compensation and let you know hi w the rest of the weekend went. Thanks goodness we didn't have kids with us. Can't imagine how frustrating that would have been! So far every thing has been overpriced and over rated.
