The Valet Team at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Milwaukee was the best. They carried our bags up to the room and to the ride. The best attitude, they had some jokes every time we came into the building! The team was very helpful as far as any info we need about the hotel or the city.

Such an amazing experience at this hotel. The front desk has been amazing and helpful. The valet was incredible friendly and willing to go back out to our car for us. The bartender was very friendly and willing to give us all recommendations.

Very happy with the front desk. Lindsay M was very gracious after my 3 hour flight turned into 12+ hour one. You’ll never have to touch the front door because it’s always open for you. Not your typical Hilton Garden. Amazing architecture, highly recommend.

Very comfortable room & bed. lobby bartenders were very friendly and the food was delicious. Lindsay at checkout was super nice and helpful. Very convenient market for grab and go snacks & drinks. Beautiful architecture! Convenient location to Summer fest for convention.

Staff was great. Fresh fruit infused water every day. Rooms were clean and well maintained. we found the bar to be easily accessible and drinks were well-made
upon leaving, we were able to check our bags for a couple hours while we went out and got a bite to eat
