A 2 night business stay in prime downtown location, reasonable price, clean historical building with great staff! Checks all the boxes! I will consider this as a top choice on my next visit to Milwaukee!

Review of Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown

The hotel is a gorgeous historical building from 1885 and the room had the basics, comfortable bed and a good hot shower.
We had dog hair on our duvet and the front desk told us they were out of duvets leaving it to us to strip the bed. Also, two conditioners and no shampoo in the room.
Could have been great but we had problems. Then the hotel manager heard about our struggles and explained that the hotel was experiencing supply chain issues and he graciously comped our stay.
I look forward to trying it again.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown for the first time. It a beautiful hotel situated very close to the popular 3rd Ward district. Close to many good restaurants and entertainment. We had a corner room on the main floor; very spacious and lovely. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Special shout out to Kris for being especially accommodating and making our stay memorable. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Room tip: Ask for a corner room or a room with a view of downtown.

Lovely hotel. Very vintage decor that is unique and charming. Very clean and quite atmosphere. Staff were very accommodating and valet service was outstanding. The downtown location was very walkable to many restaurants. Starbucks was just around the corner as well.

We were in town for a triathlon and arrived with a bike, gear and luggage. The valet service was so helpful getting everything in the hotel and Chris at the front desk secured the bike in a conference room so we didn’t have to store it in the room. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed Milwaukee and look forward to another visit at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Room tip: Walk down to Public Market, beer and brats at Von Trier and evening cocktail at Blu (Pfister Hotel) for the skyline view.

Beautiful hotel in historic building. Large rooms. Walking distance to Public Market, Third Ward and Riverwalk. Building reminds you of something that would be in a 1920’s or 30’s gangster movie. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
