The room had an odd smell coming from the rug. The toilet seemed to be starting to back up bc in the morning the bowl was dirty and it was not used. The shampoo changed the color of my nail polish. I got a connecting room and could hear everything that was going on from next door... The staff was definitely not friendly or welcoming.
We like to stay here in Winter and leave our vehicle for the length of our trip.The price is very reasonable and you don't have to be concerned about the weather on the drive there.Well worth it and very convenient
It was a clean, friendly staff and quite place. Having a self service laundry was a plus. Using the app for keyless entry was also a great featture as we got in late and it was seamless. I would like to see more coffee pods in the room but was not that important.
Excellent hotel within 5 minutes of the airport. Very clean and well maintained.
Friendly service makes one feel welcome.
We like the restaurant right in the hotel, and have had it's good food every time we have stayed there. Military discount is appreciated.
We spent the night here before our flight. Everyone was friendly and the room was ready and clean. We used the pool, which we got out of once we noticed a lot of junk floating on the top, and then headed for the hot tub. That was nice but if we turned on the jets, the chemicals would burn our eyes. Without the jets on, it was ok.
Just after midnight, the fire alarm went off. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us at a Hilton this year. So that lead to an awful night sleep. The pillows were way too soft and provided zero support. We are Diamond members and used our credit at breakfast in the morning.
Shuttle driver was nice. Hopefully it will go just as smooth for our flight home.
If we weren't staying here for a flight and just in Milwaukee, I wouldn't stay at this location. But it can't be beat for a park and fly option.
