May be a bit more money than other hotels but they are always so clean and comfy, and I love getting a beer at front desk and soaking in the Jacuzzi after a long day of traveling. No matter which town Im in, if my employer is paying? Im finding a Garden Inn if possible. Super convenient shuttles to airport, less than 5 minutes.
This is the third year we had visited this Hilton in August. The location has easy access to main freeways. Each time the rooms have been clean along with the lobby, hallways and common areas. The staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming.
We loved it. Nice big warm jacuzzi and pool. Great customer service the entire duration of our stay. Spacious rooms. Quiet, we had a nice stay after a long drive and baseball game. We would stay again.
The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They made sure we could check in early, quickly got the shuttle to us when we called from the airport, provided a clean and comfortable room, got us back to airport no problem, and did it all with a smile and a sincere friendliness.
Everything was great, the coordination of the shuttle service was excellent as well leaving very little to no questions. Advice on places to eat reminded us to stay away from the downtown area knowing that it would be very busy from the bucks playoff game
