Went up to Metro for a weekend getaway from Chicago. Comfy room, daughter loved running around. There is a kids park just around the corner that is great for after a car ride. Children's museum is just down the street, too. Valet is super convenient and friendly. Thanks Loni

Lobby is tastefully designed. Within the lobby of you went to relax or even read a book, you can do that.

Very nice hotel and restaurant. Staff was great and our valet Keyonte was very helpful. My spouse and I stayed there for a weekend to relax and are very satisfied with our choice. It is in an area of downtown close to many places to visit so we had lots to explore.
Great downtown location of a boutique hotel. Rooms are large, spacious and well appointed. Soaking bathtub and shower. Two bars and a dining room. Comfortable pillows and beds. Attentive staff. No noise from the streets. In room refrigerator and coffee maker, with ironing board.
My group and I walked into the lobby of this hotel and were rudely greeted by a brunette who claim that we "forced the door open". She was completely unprofessional, very disrespectful and did not handle the situation well at all. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service we received from this host. She escalated this situation to something that could have been easily deescalated. This was an unfortunate experience. We will not return.
