Awesome place, beautiful warm pool, beautiful hot tub and very nice gym and very clean rooms. Breakfast was really good and a very friendly staff. I would give this hotel a five star. Even beautiful. Jews out our third floor window.More

When we arrived there was no one around staff was sitting in the back office and a bell sitting on the front desk. My husband and i stayed for two nights celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary, nothing was offered. Our king whirlpool room was nice but the whirlpool had hair in the it and greasy looking, couldnt figure out why our stuff in the fridge was getting warm when we noticed the fridge wasnt even on. The pillows were so thin had to call for extra pillows and those werent even put together when handed to me. We had a snow storm and the person who plowed the driveway plowed the snow right up behind all the guests vehicles and the snow was up to my back bumper i had to drive over this snow pile and cracking my mud flaps on my vehicle, when we returned back we parked in an area that had been cleaned of snow but the parking lot had ice on it and was not salted i slid out of my truck twisting my hip and hitting my knee on the door. i also had called down for extra supplies and was told i had to go find the housekeeper on the floor. I work in a hotel myself and this was not a way that i would treat my guests, where i work we go out and beyond for our guests for special occasions. out of our stay the breakfast was the greatest you had lots to offer and your kitchen staff was excellent on keeping the food items filled.

Arrived today after booking online, “whirlpool King Suite” paid $403.00 for two nights. The Hotel would not allow me to stay in that room “with a service dog”!! Would not discount my stay and would not put me in a regular King room. SOOOOOO… I walked through the door of my double Queen room, and it was ABSOLUTELY Discussing, I borrowed a cleaning bucket and grabbed my dyson vacuum and cleaning cloths with natural cleaners from the car and after moving the entire furniture in the room and scrubbed the floor on my hands and knees, “2hours” later I finally have a room I can sleep in!!’ What a dirty hotel!! The elevators were nasty, the stairs in lobby were so discussing, I’m surprised this place is even in business!!!
Only blessing to this story, they had fake wooden floors and NO carpet in the room.

If you're looking for a good hotel, this is the one. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The location is close to everything you need. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast. The breakfast staff is amazing, everything was well stocked. The staff came around and asked questions. The food was fresh and delicious. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast offerings were plentiful and a nice variety. Pool pretty small and hot tub jets not functional- both were clean. Found a big mostly empty bottle of Rum tucked behind the extra pillows in closet... hmmmm??? Beds were rock hard and the comforter/duvet was super thin. Room, halls and entry all clean and welcoming.

Despite a sign on the front door that says masks are required (and a WI state mask mandate) the front desk staff did not wear a mask when I was checking in and encouraged me to remove mine as well. We were told without ever asking about the mask policy that they don't "police" whether guests wear masks, and that clearly also applies to the staff. Guests were seen maskless all over the building. Housekeepers were not wearing masks while cleaning the rooms, which means the rooms were not "sanitized" because housekeepers were free to spread their germs all over the room.
A large group of kids were staying at the hotel during my stay. They ran up and down the hallways and yelled late into the night and started again early in the morning. A train also came through at about 1:15 am, which is not something the hotel can control, but if you've already been kept awake and woken up early by a bunch of noisy kids who don't seem to have any adult supervision, it becomes extra bothersome.
