Excellent resort, location is right where Winterfest is happening. You can walk to see the snow/ice sculptures. We also did Ice Castles and the drive from The Cove was short. Swimming pool was a enjoyed by 2 grandsons as well. We stayed in the Dover Loft, plenty of room for 3 adults & 2 children. We come in the summer and now the winter season has been added. We can't wait to come back. The Cove really is a great family friendly resort right in the heart of Lake Geneva!More

The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. The room was decorated nicely and a great size. I couldn’t hear other guests when I was in my rom, so that’s always a plus. It was fairly clean, but I’m really picky, and if I find one thing that’s not perfect, I make note of it and feel the need to clean everything. The bed was slightly more firm than my preference, but it did the trick.

No hot water and rude assistant manager. Was less than empathetic to the issue and said the broken water heater wasn’t his fault. Yes, mechanical issues occur...but own it and make your guest feel like you did everything you could...this guy did not. Very poor service

The location of this hotel was wonderful, perfect for downtown and right on the lake. Bonus that Sprecher bar and restaurant is attached. They also have coffee and danishes in the morning. Room had a kitchen, fireplace and was decent size. The down part was the walls are very thin and there are people always roaming the halls and dancing above you.

Beds are directly next to the door as soon as you walk in the room. You can hear every sound from the hallway at night. Full size beds so don’t expect to co sleep. So uncomfortable and cheap beds. Location was great and staff was friendly. Would not go back

We are sorry to hear the bed was not to your personal preference of comfort. All of our suites have a queen or king size bed, not full beds. Thank you for your comments regarding our amazing team and our downtown Lake Geneva location.
When I booked this we didn’t have a lot of options. Many places were sold out, assuming because of the ice castles. We were happy with our stay here and would do it again. The suite was spacious. Maintenance came immediately when I called about the Faucet. Parking was nice and close to our room. Check in and out or simple.
