Room was great! Great size and loved the whirlpool and fireplace in our room. The kitchenette was a great feature for left overs! Only down side is there was zero soap in our room, only lotion and bath salts, which isn’t ideal during these times.

We stayed 5 nights over winter break in a first floor suite, with kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool. The room was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, a great layout and a full kitchen. We didn’t eat at restaurants and were able to prepare full meals in the suite. The view of eagle harbor from the room is the best in all of door county. The customer service is 2nd to none. In fact, our car battery died in the state park and the manager came to our rescue within 10 minutes, going above and beyond what I would ever expect from any hotel staff. Will be back for sure to this wonderful establishment! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

We decided to do a girlfriends trip at the spur of the moment and I chose Edgewater resort because I have stayed there on several occasions before but it had been a couple of years. I asked if they offered veterans discount. The customer service lady said,”No we have to make 12 months mortgage in four months so we don’t offer any type of discount.” Upon checking out the same lady asked how was the stay. I explained that the bedroom was too small for the oversized furniture because it obstructed the view of the TV. Her response, “ Well you should’ve rented the $300 room because it’s bigger.” I won’t return to the Edgewater resort because I’m sure I can find better accommodations a much better customer service.
