Love all the orchards you can visit. Lots of family activities to participate in. Love picking fruit that tastes fresh off the tree.
Harvest house has incredible fruit pies and pastries.

This is a great area to come most times of the year. Different farms have different types of produce you can either pick yourself or purchase already picked. There are tree farms as well for Christmas. A bonus is leaving the city behind and just driving in a beautiful, country setting on winding roads. A lot of the farms have a Facebook page so you can find out when the different produce is available.

Not the same place it use to be. expensive produce which can be purchased at other orchards cheaper. Lots of fruit trees unpicked and fruit on the grown. Servings at local store on pie was very small and expensive.

This is a wonderful area to retreat to if you are looking to get away from the city. Not far to drive. You can pick your own fruit & vegs or opt to purchase picked fruit. Several areas in which you can sit and enjoy fresh baked pies while looking out into the countryside.
