Remember your $1 for parking.Start with the trail to the left of the "main drag" if you want a little more peace for your dog. That way the frenzied dogs who have just gotten out of their cars won't mob your dog. Going to the left, you meet tired dogs who are more mellow. In general. owners are responsible about keeping their dogs polite. There's so much space and the barked trails and large running areas are good for keeping the dog sorta clean. If they wade or swim in the river, that's another story! There is a dog wash building as you leave. Though I've never been there, that's a great idea.
