The food was delicious and great value for the portions. Sides were yummy, too. A great food experience.

Dixie Bones is the place to go for Southern favorites like BBQ, potato salad, collard greens, cornbread, chicken and PIES! They cater private events, too. Thanks for reminding me - I need a Dixie fix soon!
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Some of the meat fell out of the bun onto the plate. I tried the droppings and thought they were rather dry and bland. WRONG!! Add a good dose of your favorite sauce and put the free cole slaw on top to create a really tasty sandwich.
There are lots of sides, but I wasn’t really interested and I thought the price was a bit high. The combo of sandwich plus two sides did not appear to save any money.
Unusual pie selections at a reasonable price, but once again my focus was strictly on the barbecue.
We stopped for an afternoon-late lunch. The menu was full of good choices. We each tried different entree’s and both were excellent. The choices of bbq sauces were really good. The brisket was tender.
we cater our July 4th Bar-B-Que at Dixie Bones. they have a terrific southern menu filled with pulled pork or chicken, stuffed potatoes. We order pulled pork and chicken, baked beans, cole slaw and rolls. they give us extra bar-b-que sauce. We have done this for many years and it's a big hit with our community.
We also stop by for a meal in their restaurant where the service is good, the food fantastic and the atmosphere pleasant. I go there often and have never had any bad experiences.
