Check in was slow and no covid precautions. No one checking temperature or no questionnaire regarding covid. First day, no hot water and no wifi. I complained to guest services, spoke to David, he was not helpful and a little rude. No hot water late at night for seven days, even after complaining, and no wifi even after complaining, have to spend 30 min on the phone, because David transferred me to their internet provider customer service, instead of fixing it, I have to waste my time as a customer. David, the employee did not care even I mentioned my kids are doing remote schooling. Still it wasn't fix until we checked out. The indoor pool is only open up to 8 pm, and limited capacity due to covid. Never seen housekeepers 7 days of our stay.
Being an RCI member, they still push u to sit down in their 4 hours presentation , charge u 10 dollars in advance.
I am not happy with this resort and will not go back. I DO NOT RECOMMMEND IT, go somewhere else.More
