DO NOT STAY HERE! When we first arrived to check in it took the staff member 20 minutes to show up to the desk. It was late at night so we were just happy to have somewhere to go to sleep. The next morning we noticed a window had been wide open, there were no towels not even a wash cloth and there was fuzzy mold coming from the vents in the bathroom. Once I got home I checked my account and I had been charged 5 times. When I tried to call to ask what the charges were it took the front desk hours to answer the phone and when the lady finally answered the phone she told she charged me for stolen towels (seriously why would we steal towels). The desk lady was rude and not professional and I still didn’t get my money back.

The hotel service was terrible. We waited for 10-15 minutes for the girl at the desk to show up to check us in. We had no towels. They charged my wife’s credit card 5 times and when she finally got someone to answer the phone after several attempts,they said they were charging us for stealing the towels that were never in the room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel because the hotel wasn’t very nice, the service was awful and the fact of being accused of being a thief.

Decent place for a quick one night stay at a good price of $70 all in. Found this location thinking it was a Best Western so I could gain points but was surprised when we arrived that it had changed brands. Front desk clerk was very nice but difficult to hear due to the covid glass being still up at the registration desk. As others noted, hotel is in need of some updates and possibly a head of housekeeping. Surface clean is about what you'll get. Considering we checked in at 11 pm and out by 8. It was just enough to sleep and that's all we cared about. Beds were clean and comfortable. They have the little 'chicklette' pillows which worked ok too. We did not use the pool but did enjoy the free breakfast. Pancakes, sausage gravy and bisquits, toast, begals, cereal, juice and coffee. Free parking and close to Rt 81. Quiet hotel. As others noted, it does have an odd odor. Was not sure what it was but it was not foul, just different. By morning we didn't notice it as much. Maybe we just got used to it. Either way, good place to stop for a one-nighter.
