Perfect location to watch the sunset, situated opposite the beach, the staff are amazing, each one is polite and have a smile on their face when attending to you. David (Reception Manager) brilliant, so helpful and informative, totally sets your expectations for your stay.
Things not on the website include; free beach towels, free deckchairs, free bodyboards and free bike hire, fully recommend this hotel, no negatives to mention.

If you check in after hours, be sure that you have crystal clear directions on how to reach the hotel staff. We were locked out of our room with no access (at 1:30 am, after travelling across the globe) due to very unclear procedures for accessing the key after hours. Nevertheless, we were charged for that night and room because “it was your error”.
Location can’t be beat and the housekeeper (Sharon) was top notch.

The room smelled like an old pub and the noise from the verandah and bar was super loud. Service was minimal. Would not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the great location doesn’t compensate for it!

We stayed at the hotel, and ate here. Service really good, views from the front rooms amazing. Yes it could do with a little update and the menu was a bit thin, but service was very friendly and we really enjoyed out time here.

We had a wood fired pizza with prawns, zucchini, cheese, chili. Fantastic. Properly foldable and delicious. Friendly service and good wine info. Highly recommend a visit for the views and ambience. So glad we found it. Queensland travellers
