I bought tickets on line to avoid a queue, when I arrived at 10am opening time there was a que to get through turnstiles. Then when through you are herded like cattle into photo stalls. I initially thought it was photos taken with parrots.so I said no thank you I don't want a photo with a captive bird! The black male staff member was rude and he said we don't have parrots. I said I don't care I've paid 30 Euro to get in here I want to go into the park not wait in a queue for a photo I dont want. I told him he was rude and I pushed passed the photographers and into the park.
We found a shaded spot under a tree and within minutes the whole area was covered with clouds of people squashed into the grassed area.
If you like queuing up for a hour or longer this is the place to come.
First you queue for a inflatable ring for 30 minutes then you take the ring to the ride and queue for a further 30 minutes.its ridiculous.
Then when your stood in a queue ...guess what they turn up with Parrots looking in a sorry state plonking them on the arms of simple people for a picture!( Yes it's 2018) and people still have photos taken with captive birds!
In conclusion if you like queuing for hours in the hot August sun along side chavs who like photos with parrots go for it!

We stayed for two nights in July 2018 and really enjoyed it. The hotel and water park are very new and clean. The staff were a pretty mixed I'd say - reception were really friendly and helpful as were most of the staff at the pool bar, although one or two were really miserable and unfriendly. I've seen a few people moan about the prices of drinks. Generally speaking, I'd say they are pretty fair for a hotel of this standard. Beers, soft drinks and standard spirits are all reasonable enough. However, the premium spirits are an absolute rip off at 11 euro for a drink and mixer. Breakfast was decent enough. The entertainment seemed pretty woeful to me, but we weren't really interested in that. If that's important to you I'd look elsewhere! The food menu at the pool bar is really limited - basically just snacks, but the pizzas were pretty good. The restaurant along the road is a much better option if you want a proper meal. Overall, a decent stay. Would definitely go back.

What can I say.....travelled as a family of 4 (kids 9 & 7)

On arrival about 1pm welcomed nicely by reception and advised our room wouldn’t be ready until around 4 (this is normal check in time)

We were offered a place to store our luggage and given our wristbands for the waterpark. We chose to chill around the pool. As it was our room became ready earlier than expected.

Couldn’t fault our rooms, we had interconnecting rooms with balconies overlooking the pool area. Large, clean modern rooms, which were cleaned daily throughout our stay. Hairdryer, fridge and safe also . First floor rooms have a terrace with space for sunbeds.

We were on b&b so ate out every night. Lovely restaurant just right of hotel and very reasonably priced.

Waterpark is amazing.....kids couldn’t get enough of it. Yes it’s a little walk (5 mins) and at times some rides get busy. My advice would be to get there for when it opens at 10am (go to entrance 3) you will then skip main q and also hire a locker for a week (€5) During peak season the rides close at 6.30 so sometimes we would go around 5pm when park starts to empty a little.

Back to the hotel, the hotel was spotless and always plenty of beds around the pool. In afternoons there is usually some entertainment in the pool area which my kids enjoyed. There is also a small kids play area, kids pool with slides and a fish spa/massage treatments also available.

Breakfast was the same throughout the week but this didn’t bother us, tea/coffees, pastries, fruit and cooked breakfast so plenty to choose from.

There isn’t much you can walk to from the hotel so you are best to either hire a car or use the Uber app and book a taxi, we did both and found it to be reasonable

This was by far the best holiday we have had, great hotel, super waterpark and excellent weather. Go and book it
