Thank you guys for the exceptional time in your hotel, for your hospitality and superb atmosphere during evenings!

Room Tip: book a room with balcony

Just returned from a weeks' stay and thoroughly enjoyed it!!! We were a group of varied abilities, so found excellent slopes for beginners, ample runs for the more experienced and all the other ski areas were easily accessible.
The hotel was advertised as ski in / ski out - and it was exactly that. Perfect!!! Shops and bars were only a 2 minute walk away, so the overall location of this hotel was superb!!
There were hot and cold options for breakfast, bbq for lunch, dinner had several choices of starters and dessert, with 2 options of main course.
Rooms were adequate (but could do with some updating) and had lovely views from the balconies. However, the ground floor rooms were particularly noisy and not good for light sleepers. My partner and I coped with this, but our friends next door had to move after the first night!!
Staff were excellent - always friendly and willing to help. Our special thanks goes to barman Zac!! What a gent and a credit to the hotel!!! Polite, welcoming and a real pleasure to see in the evenings! (Thanks for the 'Engelberts' Zac!!! My personal cocktail, but just ask him for one, you'll love it).
So, to sum up, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return!!!

Six of us booked an all-inclusive week with Crystal. The hotel is really well located, you literally walk across the road, and ski off down a nursery slope and you are by the main lifts. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly, kind and helpful -special mentions have to go to Steph and Zac. Some rooms have baths, others just a shower, so careful when you book if you rely on a soak at the end of the day (alternatively there is the jacuzzi). Toiletries are provided (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel), plus decent hair dryers. You can also have a loan of a dressing gown and slippers for the week if need be, and there are also hair-straighteners available. Food is good and plentiful and I personally managed to put on 5lbs in one week due to eating my body-weight in cheese)!! Breakfast can get a bit manic if you don't time it right - the poor staff are rushed off their feet and some items run out. I do not recommend booking rooms 1 to 6 as these are on the ground floor and suffer from noise from the bar, toilets and constant chair scraping from the chairs in the restaurant underneath. Overall, had a fab week. Recommend hotel and would visit again.

Room Tip: Don't book rooms 1 to 6 as ground floor and very noisy

We booked this hotel as part of an Inghams holiday. Hotel location is good with a very short walk to (and back from) the piste, but town is close too. The staff were very helpful and tried to assist where they could. Buffet style breakfast and dinner are all a skier needs! We would stay here again.

Room Tip: Friends on ground floor had some noise from the hot tub one nighe; we heard nothing on the 2nd floor.
