We checked in the afternoon around 12.30 the process is very smooth, I booked through OYO with good deal (I hope), the room is very clean with great view outside. There is hot water 24hours. Its 5mins from laxman jhula centre. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

We booked this hotel via OYO Rooms. Stayed in Room no 302. Here is my review of it.

Good things:
==========
- Its location is quite good. Near from the main road & also Lakhshman Jhula. Market is also nearby from here. Auto (6-seater)/Taxi stand is super close.
- Check-in was quick & smooth
- Rooms were very neat & clean. Same goes for the bathroom/washroom. Bathroom accessories were very modern in fact.
- 24*7 hot water was available - which is really important in winter. You just have to keep the Geyser on.
- AC was also there. Since we went in Dec, so it was not needed anyway.
- Our room was on the 3rd floor & it had an attached balcony. This was very useful, as we could enjoy sunlight during early morning & it was also perfect to dry our towels & all
- Terrace is also accessible & you get a really good view of Mountains & little view of Ganga river from here. Having breakfast at the terrace - while soaking the sun - was a wonderful feeling.
- In house food was very tasty & service was awesome !! Here is 1 small example. Our complimentary breakfast was arranged at the terrace. However we got a bit late in reaching. Vicky (Chef) noticed that our breakfast Poori's & tea had become cold. Before we could ask him to warm them again, he himself told his chef partner (equally nice guy. Missed to ask his name) to prepare fresh poori's & tea for us. It felt so good to experience this level of hospitality !! Thanks guys for making us feel special :)

Improvement Areas:
==================
- There is no lift & no rooms on the ground floor. So if you are going with elder parents, then please make a note of this.
- For some weird reason, they had a shortage of towels. We were 3 people & got only 1 towel at check-in. They told that we will get rest of the towels in the evening - when they'll come from laundry. I found this shortage of even 2 more towels quite surprising.
- There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom. Would be good to have 1 more in the room as well. Gave this as a feedback to them. Hope they will fix it.
- Room was good, however for 3 people it was a bit congested - specially if you have too much luggage. We had limited luggage & hence didn't face any issues.
- Food bill had to be paid in cash only. We didn't have cash. So had to go out & get it from ATM. Would be good - if they start accepting Card payment even for food - without any additional charges.

Overall, we all loved our stay. If I visit Rishikesh again, I won't think twice before staying here.

Room Tip: We liked 3rd floor rooms (facing Life Free hostel) because of good sunlight & easy access to terrace.
