Jenny had been here before on her own and liked it and I can see why - an attractive farmhouse B&B in a white-painted building next to the quiet road up to Honister Pass, with comfy rooms, big breakfasts and a warm welcome from Christine. Reasonably-priced for the Lakes, with big bedrooms (ours was enormous with windows on two sides), comfortable beds (the pillows could perhaps do with replacing though) and a decent bathroom. Ample parking too, and you can see from all the colourful window-boxes, even in late October, that Christine really cares for the place. An excellent base for walking or touring. Recommended.

We stayed in the Seatoller Cottage last week and had a lovely week. Cottage is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need (a real home from home). Christine the owner is very friendly and happy to help. Children loved the lambs in the garden. We used the log burner which made it really cosy after a wet day out walking. Great location - there is a bus stop right outside into Keswick and you can walk from cottages up into the hills.

Lovely little B & B. Christine the host was so helpful to us by drying our clothes when we came off the mountains totally soaked. We enjoyed the quietness of the B & B, especially being able to sit in their lounge in front of the fire. Highly recommend.

Seatoller was amazing! The hosts were super nice and helpful and the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot coco bar was much appreciated. The food was excellent and the bathrooms were nicely updated. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of sleeping and storage space. Overall amazing and peaceful stay would definitely recommend to anyone coming up to the Lake District.

We were met by the son of the owner, who was very nice. Rooms felt damp and smelled musty. Breakfast was good. Packed lunch was minimal. We had to take a bus to find dinner but the owner did offer to pick us up afterwards, which we gratefully accepted.
