Familiar Stay, very satisfied

The same stop. I made this time last year. It’s very convenient, coffee shops in the area. Easy off and on the I 81 exit.

I especially like it because it has a wonderful Mexican restaurant at the end of the parking lot. No driving anywhere you can just walk to and from.

The breakfast unfortunately is mediocre, but they do have a waffle iron and that’s what I like. I went elsewhere for coffee.

The front desk was very courteous and respectful. I especially like the room I was given this time. It had a small seating area when I entered, followed by the bathroom and then another door to where the bed was located so if you’re with somebody and they stay up later than you they can sit in the other room and watch TV and you can close the door so you don’t hear it. Everything clean.. but I’m glad I didn’t have any food left over because the refrigerator reminded me of the ones in Europe, where they barely keep water cool. Let alone cold. There was no dial to adjust inside the refrigerator.

The value was good for what I paid and I was refreshed to finish my journey the next day..

I just finished this trip and two night stay at this property, which was good and bad on a few levels. Check in and staff was excellent. However, the rooms we booked were very small, with almost no room around the DOUBLE bed which means the rooms are exceptionally tiny. Well appointed with a refrigerator and microwave, but tiny in size. Now for the problems with the way the property is run. First, the policy is to cancel your card key access to your room on day of check out, so when you go to get a cup of coffee downstairs, you have to go back to your room and find out you cannot get into your room. The return trip to the front desk revealed this locking out policy is how the hotel does it. I frankly had to tell the woman at the front desk the policy made no sense. Second, I noticed the cleaning staff started cleaning rooms at 0800 in the morning, but also the staff started mopping floors before check out so the first floor/lobby floors were wet an slippery when folks are checking out to leave the property. Another stupid policy and I have no idea why the maid staff are cleaning rooms at 0800, adding large cleaning carts to the hallway for guests to dodge as they moved between floors. The management needs to think about their customers regarding the key card and timing on cleaning rooms. Both are things I have never seen before and I have worked in 108 countries and stayed in thousands of hotels all over the world and the USA.

Room tip: Clarify the key card issue on check out date.

I am so upset to how my family and friends were treated on one of the most special days in my life, getting married. Two of my family members left early due to the conditions of the room. My first family member were told to use the public bathroom because they did not have maintenance, can you imagine using someone elses bathroom, so right after my wedding they left. I tried to speak to the manager about getting a refund on those 2 rooms instead it ending up being a shouting match which how dare him lie and said nothing was wrong with rooms. I paid for a service that I did not get and when I asked for the corporate number he refused to give to me. I i want my money back for my family leaving early. DO NOT STAY THERE BECAUSE THE MGR IS A LIAR AND EVEN WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WENT TO THE FRONT BECAUSE MY REFRIDGERATOR WAS FREEZING WATER INSTEAD OF KEEPING IT COLD, HE AGAIN TOLD ME HE DID NOT KNOW I HAD A PROBLEM. THERE WAS A WATER MANDATE ON SO WE HAD TO DRINK BOTTLED WATER BUT I HAD TO DRINK HOT WATER DUE TO THE REFRIDGERATOR SO I WANT MY STAY REFUNDED AS WELL. I WILL KEEP TRYING TO REACH CORPORATE

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, especially on such an important occasion as your wedding. That said, we feel there may have been some misunderstandings regarding your experience. Our staff went above and beyond to accommodate your event and ensure all guests were comfortable, and we believe some of the concerns mentioned may not fully reflect the efforts made by our team.

Regarding the room conditions, we want to clarify that all maintenance issues brought to our attention were addressed promptly during your stay. We even left letters of entry in each room to ensure guests were informed that the work had been completed. While we understand that some of your family members chose to leave early, we did our best to provide alternatives, such as access to public restrooms, when maintenance staff was unavailable at that moment. We take guest satisfaction seriously and always aim to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.

In terms of your interaction with the manager, we regret that the conversation did not go as smoothly as we would have liked. However, we want to assure you that our manager tried to handle the situation professionally and within the guidelines of our hotel policies. Unfortunately, the situation escalated, and it seems there was a breakdown in communication, which we sincerely regret.

As for your refund request, corporate will be reviewing your case, and if they determine a refund for the two rooms is appropriate, they will contact you directly via the email you provided. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Once again, we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we hope that this next step will help bring some resolution. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any further questions or concerns. Thank you again for your feedback.

Clean basic hotel, very good service and value for the money. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly, breakfast is pretty good also for this price point. I would definitely recommend for an overnight stop or weekend stay in the NRV, very close to VT.

Rooms are a bit small for 2 people. Breakfast is the same for all days.
Ample parking space.
Courteous and helpful staff.
Room was clean.
Housekeeping was good a thorough.
Manager, Mr. Sahil has been very helpful as I had to checkout 2 days earlier due to another appointment.

I had a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we walked in and the lobby was clean and inviting! The parking lot is well lit and safe and there are a lot of great food options in walking distance.
Our room was spacious and clean and came equipped with a desk, closet, pleanty of charging outlets, refrigerator and excellent air conditioner. The beds were fresh and clean and comfortable and the bathroom were well sticked with quality soaps and fresh towels.
For breakfast I had a cream cheese bagel and cereal and a waffle.
This is a very comfortable hotle and I will stay here again next time I am in town.
