No wonder why there's never any cars at this hotel probably because I have called the hotel 6 times in the past 2 weeks and called Hilton emails the sales manager Blaire left voicemails for her and zero contact back its ridiculous do they not want business?
Stayed here a couple of times, my family always love to stay here. We love the staff they are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are always fresh and clean. Staff willing to go above and beyond. My husband was in and out of the hospital and this is the closet Hilton and they took care of us during this hard time and uplifted my spirits when needed. Me and my friends and family will always give our business to this hotel when we are in the area!

Whoa! Talk about a clean hotel and friendly staff... this hotel has both! Someone who travels often and stays in many hotels, it's not often that you find that. My family and I stayed at this hotel while traveling over the Holidays each way as it was a great halfway point. The Tru is located right off of I81, which made it even more convenient for us. Will definitely be staying here in the future on our pass throughs. Thanks, guys, for a wonderful stay!

I would give a 0 if I could. I had a reservation at this hotel which needed to be changed and the refused to do so. They charged me for the stay even though I wasn't there. AGM Leann told me to stay elsewhere if I didn't like what she had to say and that "Hilton really did care about you because you are only a Silver level member. When I said to her I would never stay at a Hilton again she said "oh well." So much for the being in the Hospitality Business. They steal your money.

We paid nearly $200.00 USD for an over-priced cramped room with hardly enough space to put our things. There was poor water pressure in the (economy) shower, stained, thin washcloths, and a noisy fan on the heater/air conditioning unit. The fridge and microwave are tiny and there is no closet, just a small bar above the microwave to hang a shirt (which would be touching the microwave). Maid did not shut off the alarm of the predecessor and we were wakened prematurely at 6:00 AM. Seriously, the bedroom measures 11 ft. X 11 ft. There was some dirty spots on the bedroom and bathroom walls. Breakfast was otherwise very good though but no fruit and no orange juice (out of order). I'm amazed that Hilton put its name on this economy hotel but kept it's high class prices.
Thank you for your feedback, Hilton designed the Tru hotels to be smaller with less amenities than the other brands, their idea in mind is to create different brands with different styles to accommodate everyone's needs and lifestyle.
I am sorry that you this brand is not for your "taste" as it is not for everyone.
