This place was absolutely beautiful. Customer service was beautiful. The pool was very clean and not that cold. The room was absolutely amazing clean smelled great entrance. I came here for my honeymoon and had an outstanding time. The hot tub was nice and clean and warm. Very peaceful environment absolutely loved it. I would come here again and again 10 out of 10.
Great place, great people! The staff is easy to work with. The facilities are in a great location and clean. Would definitely recommend coming again!

The whole experience was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great location with shops, bars, restaurants and bike paths nearby. Great views. Nice pool area. Also, spacious condo units with private hot tubs. Will stay again!
The icemaker was broken. We brought many beverages and had no ice.
Two decks with only ONE deck chair. We were there to enjoy the fresh air, but it's kind of hard to do with no outside seating (well ONE deck chair).
Expected more from Newpark, especially in the Townhomes.
I had the opportunity to go to Newpark Resort for a business conference in August. The rooms were great, the staff was incredibly professional, the catering was top notch, and the facilities are beautiful! You walk right out the door to many restaurants as well as the beautiful mountains. Great location!
