At first glance this RV park does not look great, but when entering sites are large, grassy, and for the most part quiet. You don't hear alot of road noise but there is a train that you can hear nearby, once in a while. the train noise did not bother us and we did not hear it at all at night. (we only stayed one night)
The free wifi is excellent . Full hookups, pull through sites,30/50 amp, laundry, bath and showers, shade on alot of the sites, propane, and more. The sites are level. It is very easy to access from I-10. There are not alot of RV parks in this area so it is a nice over night stop. It is about 7 miles to nearest town. They don't give Passport America discounts.

Room Tip: get a site in the back of the park.

Great over night stop. Level pull through and didn't have to unhook the truck. No cable and OTA channels were spotty. But easy on/off I-10. Nothing within walking distance - but if you are looking for an easy stop over to rest, would recommend. There is a train that comes through some, but didn't bother us.

This campground has a good feel about it. The sites at this campground are roomy and level. They are dirt and gravel. There's a table and a fire ring at each site. The people are very nice. There isn't much to do in the area, but it would be a good place to just kick back and relax.

Service is friendly and so are the guests. Our stay Nov. 2015 - Apr 2016 in a 36ft 5th wheel. We like our large spacious pull thru site with grass, and picnic table. Daily sightings of blue jays, cardinals, morning doves, cattle in the distance, and the park has many Live Oak Trees. Location is in the country, with quick access to I-10 and 6 miles east or west to the nearest town for groceries, doctor, fuel, libraries, etc. We like the area best for it's country feel, friendliness, cooler tempatures in the 60's to 70's, a few 80's. We enjoyed our winter here. Monthly rate $350 or $375 plus electric. Nightly rate with discount $32.85.

Room Tip: I-10 Exit 689

We chose this RV park for convenience to San Antonio and love it. The park has nice grassy sites that are 70' pull-through's with the exception of one row of back-ins. The WiFi is excellent. Everyone in the park is extremely friendly and neighborly. The park itself is quiet and private. It sets right off I-10, and within 2 hours of four major Texas cities in each direction for day trips or extended week-ends away from the park. Our stay will total 5 months and we find it a perfect stay for the winter months away from snow!!
