Ac is too noisy , it’s either too hot out too cold, toilet paper has been used yet didn’t get full new rolls, water can barely run , it’s too bright no matter how much you pull the curtains, lacks basic things like glass cups and soap dish, horrible all in all

We are staying in room 210, a suite. Biggest problem this hotel clearly did not worry about installing any noise cancellation at all. The people above us are either giants or more likely zero noise canceling flooring and walls installed. Sounds like a herd of elephants. I can hear the conversation of e people in the room next door. I can hear when a shower is turned on around us or a potty is flushed.

Second room 210 window is facing the back over the pool with a Huge Bright light that shines right at the windows. So much so the light leaks in around the edges of the curtains and is still too much light for a person that needs a dark room to sleep.

Third, the shower, very small shower, ladies good luck having room to place your legs to shave, not happening. And water just seeps out the side and bottom of curtain. So when you step out of the shower your bath mat is nice a water soaked. Plus a section of the floor next to the shower. Don’t put anything you want to keep dry on the floor around the shower any were.

Next year we will stay at hotel next door that is owed by the other big Hotel name.

There was nothing special about this Fairfield Inn in that it was what it is supposed to be. Staff was friendly on the way in and out and the breakfast area was clean and orderly. The only negative was that our hall carpet was pretty dirty.

We stayed here last weekend and were very pleased. We received friendly service from Tori at the front desk.

Our room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was nice and roomy. What more do you need?

Breakfast was included and was very good. There was a big variety, which was nice. Everything was fresh; the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. My only suggestion was to come earlier than 30 minutes before they shut it down, because they were out of some things and not filling them back up for us.

The dining area in the lobby worked out as a great place for us to hang out with the relatives we had come to visit.

If I'm in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Very clean - comfy rooms. Friendly staff. Nicely decorated. Full breakfast included. Nice "business" area w/computers. I would have given it a 5 except that our room faced an open field area. At the very edge of the Fairfield property and not far from the building, was a HUGE stadium light that shined right into our room (Room 418). I had to use a coat hanger with clips and a pillow on top of the A/C to close the blackout curtains in the middle to try to block the light. Regardless, light came in around the edges of the curtains and lit the room. During the middle of the night, you could easily walk around the room without fear of stubbing your toe or running into a piece of furniture. NOT good for sleeping.
