8th Wonder is a must visit for any beer drinker who is staying downtown Houston, and any beer enthusiast staying in the city. They have a large selection of craft beers to choose from. They offer flights of beer monday-thursday or you can get 3 12oz beers for $12 anytime. There are also other specials and prices, but I went for the 3 for $12. The Kristalweizen, Pale Ale and Witty blonde were all excellent. There is plenty of seating in their large outdoor patio. It is self serve, and you buy tokens to exchange for beer. I will be back if I am ever in town again.

We spent some time here on a Saturday afternoon. It happened to be during the Dynamo season opener, the place was packed. Its so big that there was still plenty of seating outdoors and space to move around. Typical system, pay for glass and tokens and go to the bar for beer. 3 tokens and glass was around 18.00 dollars. Parking was a little tough, mainly out on the street. I think this was due to the game but I think the parking is always a crap shoot. Inside they have lots of Astro gear, seats from the stadium and other memorabilia. Looks like they have some food trucks they rotate in and out. All in all, fun afternoon at 8th wonder!

My husband & I stopped by on a whim to have a couple beers. We found street parking as well as a lot, no problem, then went into their hangar-like establishment. We had a great time picking from their extensive menu on the wall, plus the beer-tenders were very efficient serving several people at the same time. It is one of those places where you pay for three drinks, receive tokens and redeem them at will for a fresh beer. We got to walk around the place and eventually ended up outside, which was huge and awesome. People were actually playing frisbee golf, hahaha! Heads up! They also had cornhole and other games, plus the giant Beatles sculptures. We are going to return with our group of neighbors!

A number of craft brews to chose from.

Nice selection of flavorful snacks.

Outside some seating, a flea market and Beatles statues.

Fair prices.

A different afternoon for sure.

The craft brewery has some very nice beers in a great industrial looking place. It’s a great place to spend the afternoon. They have some food trucks outside with good quality stuff.
