Really like Olive Garden but Sunday’s visit was disappointing!
Sam the server announced he was the best server in the store...then he proceeds to disprove the claim! Sam brought one bowl of salad for 7 people then disappeared! 3 of our party were left with no salad. Finally had to ask another server for salad. Sam only appeared periodically and we had to ask for everything!
Sam made the dinner very disappointing!

When celebrating or just spending time together we love to go to Olove Garden for Italian food. Good food, relaxing atmosphere.

This is by far the best Olive Garden my husband and I have been too. The service is fast and the food always tastes great. We always have a wonderful experience whenever we go there. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was very swift the staff went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and the food wash really good freshly prepared what you just went through have excellent lunch menu at very affordable prices I will definitely recommend this place when you were in this area there's not really that many choices you can eat around here but we can always count at the Olive Garden to be a clean and tasty place to eat this one did not disappoint us at all we will definitely recommend it if you are in the Busch Garden area.

Have eaten here since it was new and it seems to be getting worse every year. Have given it 3 different tries this summer. The last experience was a new low. The salad is usually wilted and has brown spots on the lettuce, this time there were also brown slimy pieces. Then to top it off the server shredded the Parmesan cheese all down my shirt and in my lap and said oh that happens all the time, No I'm Sorry! I have NEVER had that happen in the 30 Years we have been going to Olive Garden!! The spinach artichoke dip appetizer is absolutely awful and the "crostini" isn't toasted, it a slice of bread that was warmed and then is cold when they bring it out. They also never bring it out on time, before your salad and or meal. This time it was after the salad, the previous time it was after our entree had been brought to the table. The "grilled" zucchini is also barely cooked with some breadcrumbs on top. The broccoli isn't steamed, it's blanched, so it is also cold when it arrives at your table and there was so much of it on the plate you couldn't even see the tiny portion of meat or pasta. My salmon was also awful. The water taste like it is out of a garden hose and they are required to have a sufficiently working filter. Now let me talk about the servers, they seem to disappear and you are always always out of water and or tea, one of my pet peeves. The last one was a wine pusher, more than usual, he did not want to take NO for an answer even after I said we don't drink. They also don't seem to pay attention to your request, like no onions on the salad. Then he insisted we use that STUPID LITTLE computer thing on the table after we told him we wouldn't be using a card. I hate that thing and it is also in the way on your table and I want you to pay attention to me, that is why I am going out to eat and tipping you. Servers are supposed to be observant and when they see uneaten portions, should ask if something is wrong, especially if you point out slimy lettuce. My ultimate pet peeve is when they ask DO YOU WANT CHANGE? This happens every time we go here. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE RIGHT, Say "I'll BE RIGHT BACK WITH YOUR CHANGE!!! I will not be back and neither will my daughter and family.
