The nondescript 61st St. location hides a classic Gulf Coast menu. Great Texas take on a classic LA Poboy! The bread is not the classic crusty French of NOLA, but it is butter toasted (a la Texas toast) to crispy perfection! The combo (perfectly fried oyster/grilled shrimp, for me) was beautifully presented, open face style, dressed minimally. And the fries... OMG, among the best I’ve ever tasted! A light delicate crust, soft & flavorful inside! All of this plus a great dinner seafood and Greek menu! Overall, a great local spot!
