Hotel located close to shopping and restaurants. Nice hotel with indoor pool and gym. Convenience store had a nice selection of snacks, drinks and frozen entrees and desserts. Cook to order breakfast was a nice addition. Fire pit and clean bbq grills were an added touch.

Very nice, clean property. Rooms are clean, kitchen is nice, although a larger refrigerator would have been nice. Deserves a 5 star review only if the staff was more professional and friendly. Overall a great stay.
The hotel itself is new and the rooms are nice and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly. However, there were large parties of guests sitting maskless in the lobby in direct view of the front desk staff and nothing was said to them. Observed this on multiple locations. I know it is challenging to enforce mask requirements but I don't feel like there was any real attempt to follow hotel CoVID mask protocols.
Additionally, the internet speed is a bit of a joke. The internet login specifically states that your max speed will be 4 mbps, which is not even enough to watch Netflix without hitches. In 2021 this is inexcusable.
Finally, there is only one elevator for 6 floors so waits at the elevator can be long, especially with social distancing measures.
The hotel itself is nice but I feel like the owner cheaped out on a few important things. Lack of mask enforcement was also disappointing.
My family and I had a wonderful time, the staff made us feel like part of their family. My sister loved the fact that they are pet friendly, and our grandchildren loved playing in the pool. They even had lots of games that we could borrow for more entertainment. And we were able to connect our Roku to the television. Everyone was so welcoming and assistive. I will be booking future visits at this awesome hotel.
The overall experience and feel of the hotel is great. Plenty of room in the king suite, very comfy and relaxing. The staff of amazing and welcoming as well and very clear with instructions and about the all the amenities granted with your stay.
if your passion and purpose is aligned, one see a completely different side of Customer Experience which is informal , Humane, Flexible and always using a partnership mentality that is critical for exponential Growth....Tracy, Dona you guys are the epitome of that value system in Hyatt world....Hyatt must be Incredibly proud of you guys and most others at this property....me and my wife Mandy checked into a hotel and left a family while checking out after 3 weeks. will miss you, Monique and all other folks, who made our stay such a memorable one and we hope to come back soon.
