My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Without asking, they upgraded us to a beautiful corner suite. They also delivered sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberry pops and macaroons. The overall experience and attention to detail was amazing!
was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay at the Omni. Was in a very convenient location, able to walk to most places.
We picked the Omni for the multiple restaurants, bar, pool and hot tub, We ended up enjoying all of those amenities but the location was perfect. It's just off the highway, and so close to many different things downtown and we could walk!
Stayed one night, after a mixup with Expedia hotel went out of their way to accommodate us, everyone was amazing
This was my first stay at an Omni Property and I was pleasantly surprised. I am normally prefer Hilton properties. Clean and spacious rooms. Work station carefully thought out to provide a focused mind. Compliments to the chef and his staff. It was so refreshing to see employees who love what they do and it shows on each and every face. Keep your employees happy and they will make your client/guest happy which makes them want to return! I highly recommend Omni after this stay.
