I booked an onsite van for 2 nights after 6 days bushwalking on the Australian Alps Walking Track. Coming down the Bon Accord Spur in cold rain to find the van had the heater turned on ready for me was terrific. The owners are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Recommended.

My family including 4 children and 5 adults stayed in 3 cabins. Spotlessly clean 2 bedroom cabins, set in lovely green parkland with the river 50 metres away for children and dogs to play in. Playground, opposite Snowline Hotel, between Bright and Hotham. Peaceful, excellent, good value.

If your like us and love the high country, this is a great place to base yourself. Right alongside the Ovens river and 20 minutes from Bright (much quieter) but close enough for cafes and shopping if thats your thing. Can't wait to come back! Cheers guys.

When the road to Hotham was surprisingly and unusually closed we grabbed a cabin as emergency overnight accommodation. Meryl was lovely and accommodating to tired travellers and went the extra yards to help us out. Kids genuinely surprised that we hadn't planned a stay here anyway because they thought it was very cool. Cabins are far enough away from each other not to be a bother and were clean, tidy and well planned.
