My partner and I visited Beechworth from April 2nd- April 5th 2018, just after Easter. We purchased the Gold ticket pass from the very friendly staff at the court house. This ticket included entry to all of the historic buildings( court house, telegraph station, Ned Kelly vault, powder magazine and two walking tours). It was $25 per adult but concession and senior tickets are available too. The court house was an exciting experience. You get to walk though the whole court and go into the male and female holding cells where Ned Kelly was held and his mother Ellen Kelly. The court house has lots of displays and is set up just as it was. You can even stand in the dock where Ned was sentenced to hanging. Please do yourself a favour and see the court house!
